Ven Poosani Raitha
Ash gourd is called venpoosani….. It is good for diabetic & very good for intestine heat.
Grated ven poosani - 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
G.chilly – 2 nos
Ginger (chopped) -2 tsp
Coriander (chopped) -1 tbs
For tempering
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Mustard -1 tsp
Hing - 3 pinch
Salt - as per taste
Chop g.chilly. Beat curd by spoon. Add oil in kadai, put mustard & let it spluts. Add
