Avocoda Soup

Avocoda having rich in vitamins.Without gaining weight can earn more nutrition.
Avocado, small (ripe) 1 No.
Onion(chopped finely) 1No.
Milk1 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1Table spoon
Vegetable stock cube 1 no
White pepper powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 11/2 tsp
Corainder leaves 1/2 Tablespoon
Oil 1 /2Tablespoon
Salt (as per taste)
Mix corn flour with boiled milk and leave it to boil for 2 minutes & keep aside.
Saute onion till it turns into brown color. Add vegetable stock & pour 2 glasses of water, stir it for a few minutes. Add corn milk, white pepper powder & switch off the stove. Now add peeled mashed avocado to this and stir it well, add black pepper and salt. Garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve it hot...
