Javvarisi(sago) Uppuma
Javvarisi in tamil called as sago in English. It is made out of tapioca & having good carbohydrates which is later converted into energy.
Ingredients
Sago (small) – 1 cup
Onion (chopped) – ¼ cup
G.chilly – 5-6 nos
Coriander leaves – 2 stalks
Lemon – 1 no
Groundnut -1.5 tbs
For tempering
Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-7 counts
Soak javarrisi for abt 8 hrs with less than ¾ cup of water or add sufficient water in to the javarisi, soak it for abt 30 minutes & drain it well, keep it for 6-7 hrs. Add oil in a kadai, put mustard, let it spluts add
