Recipe Marathon # 5th day - oats Mor kanchi

Oats is very good for diabetic as well for blood pressure. Here i've added curry leaves into it. It has very medicinal value and also it helps to reduce weight. When taking curry leaves regularly, it controls the amount of sugar in urine. It contains excellent iron



Ingredients

Oats - 3/4 cup

Curd – 2 tbs

Curry leaves – ¼ cup

Jeera powder – ½ tsp

salt -as per taste

Boil the water & add oats into it. After it gets cook switch of the stove & leave it to cool.

Grind the curry leaves with curd in a mixie. Add this mixture into the cooked oats. Now add 2 glass of water, jeera powder & salt.Have a healthy oats
