Corn contains significant antioxidant. It will reduce the risk of heart disease and the trans fat is unsaturated. Antioxidant will not destroy even when cooked.
This magic corn will be available in front of hyper/supermarkets.. I love to eat this corn that too when having it hot I feel its yummy. I usually add butter when prepare this dish but now I wanted to send this to challenge contest by veda so dint add butter even though it is tasty…..Sweet corn won’t take more time to cook..
Sweet corn kernels – 200 gms
Lemon juice – 2 tbsn
Pepper powder – ½ -3/4 tsp
Chilly powder – ¼ tsp
Salt - as per taste
Remove corn kernel from the corn cop. Steam it for 5 minutes & drain it Or canned corn can be used. Now take a bowl add steamed sweet corn, pepper pdr, chilly pdr, salt & lemon juice mix it well, let the corn catches the spices.
Can be prepared with frozen corn, but before mixing, boil the corn. Canned corn doesn’t require steaming make it hot & use it directly
