Sai Bhaji

Recipe marathon2# 19th day
This is sindhi receipe. One of my sindhi friend told me. Then i tried it & I would like to share with u people. It is also called sindhi palak. It goes well with chappathi & poori.Ingredients
Palak - 1 bunch
Bengal gram (kadala paruppu) - 1/2 cup
Onion, medium ( chopped) - 1 no
Tomato (chopped) - 2 nos
Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbsp
R.chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Daniya powder - 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
G.chilli - 1 no
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt (as per taste)

Soak Bengal gram abt 1/2 hour. Clean and cut the palak. In the cooker add all the above ingredients together and cook it by leaving upto 6 whistles. After cooker gets released, mash the gravy by using ladle or mathu, cooked gravy should be smashy.Pour the ghee into a pan temper with jeera and add this into the gravy. Potato also can be added with this. adding more spicy by therir own

Notes
Add less water to cook then only gravy comes thick. 1/2 cup of water is enough to cook
