Pudina mini idli

Idli is famous in south india. Here i'm giving simple variety named mini idli with pudina masala.

Ingredients
Mini idlies - 36 nos
Pudina - 1 bunch
Green chilli (bombay) - 6 nos
Coconut (grated) - 2 tbsp
Onion (medium size) - 1 no
Tomato (medium size) - 1 no
Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 strands
Oil - 1 tbsn
Salt - as per taste

Prepare mini idlies using idli batter.Grind tomato in a paste form.Saute g.chillies & pudhina until the leaves shrink, now grind this with coconut. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, and let it splutter. Add chopped onion. Sauté it till golden color then add ginger garlic paste, salt, & curry leaves, stir it for a while, add mint paste to it till raw smell goes off. Next add tomato paste & stir the mixture well. When the oil is getting separated from the paste add the mini idlies & toss it slowly abt a minute and switch off the stove. After taken back from the stove again toss it smoothly till the idli observes the masala. Now it is ready to serve.
Notes
Note: Allow the idlies to cool before mixing it with the paste. Idlies will not absorb the paste fully; it will be here and there.
