Murungai Poo Kootu

Murungai called Drumstick in english,botanical name is Moringa. Here i used Murungai poo for this recipe.It has several medicinal value & good in calcium. The taste will be like usual recipe.


Ingreidients
Murungai poo - 1/4 cup
Toor dal - handfull
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
coconut(grated) - 1 tbsn
Jeera 1/4 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Hing - 2 pinch
Red chilli - 1 no(small)
oil - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste

Clean & wash the flower. Grind jeera & coconut into fine paste. Add mustard to hot oil, let it spluts, add chilly & asafoetida. Now add Murungai poo and saute it for a minute. Add Toor dal,grinded paste,t.powder & salt,cook it for about 3-4 minutes switch off the stove.
