Onion Moong Kara Uttapam
Uttapam is a classical south Indian dish. i prepared it in a different way by using whole moong & soya. It will not be tangy but tasty.....
Ingredients-1
Whole moong - 1 cup
Soya(yellow) 1/4 cup
Green chilli (can increase) - 4 nos
Red chilly - 1 no
Asafoedita - 2 pinch
Oil - (as per need)
Salt - (as per taste)
Ingredients-2
Onion - 2
Coariander leaves - 2 tbs
Soak moong & soya for 7 hours. Then grind it with other ingredients from table 1. Batter consistency should be thick.Pour the batter on a Tawa & make it as a thick circle. Sprinkle chopped onion & coriander leaves on top of batter now add a tsp of oil to it, let it cook & flip it other side.
