Mushroom Capsi Rice & Award

Ingredients

Cooked raw rice - 1.5 cup

Mushroom – 20 counts

Capsicum (medium) – 1 no

Onion – 1 no

G.chilly – 2 nos

Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp

Dark soya sauce – 2.5 tsp

White pepper powder – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Coriander leaves – ½ tsp

Olive oil – 2 tsp

Oil – 2 tsp

Ghee – 1 tsp

Salt

Add ghee to cooked rice, stir it & keep aside. Chop mushroom & onion. Julian cut the capsicum. In a pan pour oil & ghee, add onion,g.chilly & sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger & garlic paste and salt followed by soya sauce and stir it well, close the pan for about 2 minutes, now add white & black pepper powder sauté again till it becomes dry. Now add cooked rice, let the rice mix well with the masala & switch off the stove. Now tasty Mushroom Capsi rice is ready to serve.
