Broccoli Raitha
Ingredients
broccoli - 7 nos
curd - 100 grs
jeera powder - 1/2 tbsp
Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp
olive oil - 4 drops
coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste
Boil broccoli upto 2-3 minutes, then chop it into small pieces. Take curd in a bowl, beat it by spoon then add above mentioned items, finally add chopped broccoli. Without adding oil temper mustard & add it to raitha. Broccoli raitha is ready…..
